Use of your Personal Information

When you register to this site you will be asked to provide information such as your contact details. We will store this data and use it to fulfil our agreement to you.
We may use the information you provide to:
- register you with the website and to administer our website services.
- To fulfil our agreement with you and processing and obtaining payment.
- keep you informed of the latest news and products through a newsletter.
All information is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998, if you wish to see a copy of our Data Protection Policy please come in to see us in New Radnor.

 

Hours of Operation

We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 3pm 

We are also open by appointment at any other times, please phone to check before making that special journey.

Any orders received after these times will be processed on the next working day.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order, but if there is any reason why you are not and wish to return part or all of your order, please contact us before returning. This allows us to respond and deal with your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds should be made within 10 days of receipt. You will however be liable for return postage fees. For all returns we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage.
If your goods arrive broken or faulty please contact us as soon as possible after receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that all of our products are made from glass bottles and therefore will have natural variation in width and colour, you should keep this in mind when ordering items.

 

Despatch and Delivery

Delivery is charged regarding weight, however orders totalling over £50 will benefit from free delivery*
*to UK mainland only.

We aim to despatch orders within three working days of receipt, however we do try and post all orders the same day. We always use a 'signed for' service so please make sure you will be at the delivery address given.
